EH decision on new rules has come through. They will implement all rules apart from the 4 quarters and time will not be stopped for Penalty Corners in normal play. The link below gives more details.

There will be a UDO (Umpire Development Officer) Meeting for clubs from 7.30 on the 9th September at The Parks where NDHUA will give further clarification.
