The meeting began with a very interesting Power Point on statistics and data provided by North East clubs. The meeting covered such topics as; recent develpment in the area, "What makes a great Club? which looked at issues such as facilities, coaching, variety of playing opportunities, maximising volunteer efficiency, communication, club support and tools and talent development.
There was talk on Club Strategy - Vision, Mission and Aims.
We then split into groups to look at what we thought we were doing well and what we need in order to make further progress.
