Years of coaching under your belt or thinking of kick starting your coaching career? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coach to lead our Men’s 2nd XI, newly promoted to the Yorkshire & North East Division 1 for the 2025/26 season.

? Role Overview:
Position: Head Coach – Men’s 2nd XI
Commitment: Weekly training sessions (Thursday 7.00-9.00pm) + match day attendance
Location: The Parks Sports Centre

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and progressive training sessions
- Develop individual and team skills, tactics, and fitness.
- Foster team spirit, discipline, and a winning mentality.
- Work closely with the Men’s 1st XI coach and club leadership
- Support integration of younger players transitioning from junior squads.

Ideal Candidate:
Coaching qualification (EH Level 2 or equivalent, or working towards).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Passion for hockey development and team progression.
Ability to motivate and challenge players of all abilities.
